1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Notion to Email (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Notion to Email allows you to schedule and send responsive HTML emails generated from your Notion pages to any email address list you provide.
3. Account Registration & Security
You must register with a valid email address. That email acts as your username.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. User Content & License
You retain ownership of the content you provide (the email lists and the Notion pages you convert).
By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and send your content for the purpose of delivering the Service.
5. Payments & Subscription
All paid features are billed via Stripe.
You agree to pay the fees in effect when you purchase a subscription.
We may change fees upon 30 days' notice; your continued use constitutes acceptance.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to send spam, harassing, defamatory, or illegal content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account engaged in misuse.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time; upon closure, your data will be deleted.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or long-term inactivity.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHA3DEV S.L. disclaims all liability for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by posting the revised version and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
